All orders are made via Etsy or Dawanda. It is possible to send more items together. Please contact me via Etsy, Dawanda of by email. info(at)MadeByMo(dot)com.

Orders are shipped via TNT-post. It is possible to ship with insurance coverage.

All prices are in EURO's (€). MadebyMo accepts PayPal only. PayPal is a free and secure service for making payments on the web. MadeByMo don't accept credit card payments via Paypal. The information for the payment will be send via Etsy or DaWanda.

MadeByMo respects your privacy and will never forward or sell any of your information. The information you provide MadeByMo at the moment of purchase will be used for the fulfillment and delivery of your order only.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please let MadeByMo know within 7 days of delivery. All orders are well packed so MadeByMo is not responsible for damaging or getting lost of a sending. The products must be returned in original packing with attached label. Costs and risk of sending the products is for the customer. If to this is satisfied the purchase amount is paid. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
